Description
Terms and conditions of KOBBE doors.
1. The offered price is valid for 14 days
2. Order of good are carried out on the basis of an individually prepered quotation by the seller. By signing the order, the buyer accepts the offer by confirming quantity/colour/dimension.
3. Prepayment is 50%, payable up to 3 days after signing the order and rest is payable before the dispatch of doors
4. Delivery time is 6-8 weeks for doors according to the standard offer of door, 10 weeks for wood like coated and KB 1000+ models.
5. The Manufacter shall provide the high quality of its products in compliance with correct installation and proper use and maintance. In case of obvious physicall defects, the buyer shall report this fact to the Manufacturer within 72 hours by sending appropriate photgraphic documentation.
6. The manufacturer provides the warranty for its products, which is counted from the date of delivery of the order. More detailed conditions are shown in the warranty card.
7. The “KOBBE Door Operating and Maintenance Rules” is an integral part of the guarantee conditions.
8. The Customer declares, that he agrees, that ASC Paweł Filipek may process its personal data within the meaning of EP and RE Regulation 2016/679 of 27th April 2016 on the protection of natual preson with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 94/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Official Journal of the EU L 119 of 04.05.2016, p.1 ), hereinafter referred to as: RODO, and the Act of 11st May 2018. on the conclusion and execution of the contract.
